Responsibilities: As a collaborative member of the healthcare team, the Chaplain Associate shall provide spiritual care for patients, families, volunteers, hospital and medical staff; participate in departmental activities as required; perform all duties in ways promoting organizational and departmental missions and values. This job is to be undertaken by employees working unpredictable and irregular hours. Key Responsibilities: - Plans and organizes daily spiritual care for persons in assigned areas. - Shares responsibility for pastoral requests within 15-30 minutes after notification for trauma, crisis and emergency ministry. - Initiates, responds, follows up and cooperates with hospital and other team members for comprehensive and continuum of car...
