Finance Business Partner, Netherlands Location: Amsterdam | Hybrid working (2 days office, 3 days home) The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who enjoys working close to the business, bringing clarity, insight, and confidence to financial decision‑making. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and transparent financial operations across Assurant Europe, while partnering with senior stakeholders to support sustainable growth. You will report to the CFO of Assurant Europe Insurance & Services, the European Controller, the Head of FP&A Europe, and the European Director of Finance for Capital, contributing to both day‑to‑day operations and longer‑term financial strategy.
