The wellness program manager is an excellent opportunity to partner with Aetna customers, business units and vendors to design wellness program initiatives that promote preventive health, improve employee engagement in healthy lifestyle and behavior changes to address prevalent health risk factors. This position is client-based working alongside plan sponsor’s Benefit and Employee Wellness department with primary work location based in Miami and with periodic travel throughout the plan sponsor’s worksites.
