Description Line Cook – Elko: The Line Cook performs a variety of restaurant/kitchen related tasks including food preparation, product stocking and rotation, food prep, and basic cleaning duties. Works between both Maverick Casino & Hotel and Gold Country Inn & Casino. Pay Range: $16-$19 /hr DOE: *Housing options available after 90 days* Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Stock supplies, products and utensils throughout the kitchen and general cleaning of the kitchen and stock areas. · Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines. · Prepare all food items as directed, in a sanitary and timely manner. · Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. · Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Chef Cuisine .
