Description: - Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects - Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports - Providing technical and analytical guidance to project team - Developing and executing acquisition strategies on behalf of the government customer to execute program management balancing cost, schedule and performance across a range of technology development initiatives - Developing and refining contracting documentation on behalf of the government customer to enable the government to award innovative contracts that mature technology across a range of disparate technologies - Coordinating, facilitating, and participating in meetings across multiple time zones with a variety of stakeholders and summarize the proceedings - Preparing and staffing international documentation on behalf of the government customer to enable international project arrangements to be executed - Maintaining knowledge and awareness all other complimentary and competitive technology maturation initiatives across the Department of Defense - Preparing paper...
