Job Responsibilities: Provide porter services and maintain cleanliness of the building throughout the day Use mobile app for clocking hours, reporting completed tasks, and following checklists Prepare cleaning solutions according to established specifications Perform general cleaning duties using approved solutions, including: Cleaning and restocking restrooms Cleaning windows and glass partitions: Dusting furniture, walls, equipment, and machinery Polishing furniture and fixtures: Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, or shampooing Perform non-routine floor care when needed (stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing) Handle trash removal and ensure cleanliness of all waste containers Monitor building safety and security, including locking doors after hours and checking for hazards Identify and rep...
