Department: Contract Support and IT End User Computing Job Summary: Job Description: Develops and implements a system to collect and maintain organizational partner relationships. Works as a liaison between the Bureau of Community Partnerships and Health Equity (BCPHE) Director, Program Manager, and LDH offices to improve communications for those that are non-English proficient. Develops strategic plans to address various identified barriers to equitable health outcomes. Works to become a subject matter expert on population health, equity, and its intersection with state health systems.
