What's the role? As an Employee and Labor Relations Working student , you will work closely with the Labor Relations(LR) Team, Business Stakeholders and Works Councils. You will learn that Labor Relations is very diverse and exciting! It gives you a great insight into the current and future activities of our global technology company. No two days are the same and we will give you the opportunity to actively work on and learn from a variety of business and Labor Relations topics in an international environment. The Team: The LR team is responsible for coordinating between the business and our work councils in France and Germany. We combine professionalism with fun at work amongst people that share the same ambition to support our business and employees the best way we can. But we are still missing your support to exactly do that! This role covers both, the administration and coordination of key Labor Relations activities that makes it is a unique opportunity to step into the field of Labor Relations in a fast-paced technology environment.
