Job DetailsJob Location: Carversteak - Las Vegas, NV 89109Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 HourlyPosition Summary: The primary task of a Surveillance Investigator is to audit and monitor activity of Carver Road Hospitality’s multiple properties which include Sports Bars, Lounges and Fine Dining venues. In this role, you will be monitoring both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) guests, vendors and Team Members and make note of any violations of Company policy, compliance violations, safety issues and criminal activity. Responsibilities: Communicate with Corporate and Senior Venue Leadership on ongoing investigations. Complete detailed incident reports on any observed violations. Monitor day-to-day venue operations. Take note of any operational areas of opportunity, primarily service and Health Code standards. Monitor staff for any Corporate, Venue, and Human Resources violations. Track venue ingress and egress points for suspicious activity. Maintain the health of the CCTV system by communicating with CCTV vendor and the IT department.
