The Provider Partnership Coordinator is accountable for delivering an optimal provider experience and engaging the community around our PACE model of care. This role works relentlessly to ensure network performance that enables high caliber service delivery to frail seniors across multiple geographies. Essential Job Duties: - Work to support a high-quality network of aligned providers across markets through the development and maintenance of provider relationships - Guide partners from initial provider onboarding through ongoing engagement and relationship optimization - Maintain external and cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth operational integration with our contracted partners and clinical staff - Assist the Network Management team with credentialing and recredentialing efforts by following up with providers to collect pertinent documents - Coordinate with external partners to ensure accurate ongoing collection of key provider demographic updates a...
