This educator will partner closely with a homeroom teacher to facilitate student learning and development throughout the school day. The Lower School Co-Teacher plays an integral role in classroom life, providing both instructional and logistical support to ensure that each child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is ideal for an educator who finds joy in working with young learners and values collaboration as a cornerstone of effective teaching. This is a full-time, 10-month position reporting to the Head of Lower School. About the Role The Lower School Co-Teacher is immersed in all aspects of the school day — supporting classroom instruction, transitions, specials, lunch, recess, and other duties as needed.
