Job Description: JOB SUMMARY Front line cross trained position directly responsible for working with constituents in both the Treasurer and Tax Claim divisions. The County Revenue and Collections Service Coordinator works independently within the Treasurer’s Office & Tax Claim Bureau. The County Revenue and Collections Service Coordinator is directly responsible for working with taxpayers to understand their options before their accounts are turned over to the Tax Claim Bureau and subsequent options once their accounts are placed with the Tax Claim Bureau. The County Revenue and Collections Service Coordinator works directly with Assessment to update taxpayer parcel information that is determined to be incorrect or needs updated.
