Description Careers With Purpose Start Here: LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as a Phlebotomist in Pensacola, FL . In this role, you will help provide lifesaving blood products to local hospitals while creating a positive and supportive experience for donors throughout the donation process. What You’ll Do: - Perform blood collections and donor care procedures - Ensure donor eligibility and maintain safety standards - Provide excellent customer service throughout the donation process - Accurately document donor information - Support donor recruitment and scheduling efforts - Assist with mobile blood drive operations as needed - Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to serving the community What We’re Looking For: - High school diploma or GED - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work flexible schedules - Basic computer proficiency - Valid driver’s license - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Previous customer service experience preferred - CDL holders encouraged to apply Why LifeSouth?: LifeSouth is a non-profit community blood center ser...
