What’s the job? As the friendly face of our hotel restaurant, you’ll also be a helpful host, a local expert, and a proud brand ambassador. Whether you’re preparing drinks exactly as our guests want or serving them delicious food, you’ll be devoted to creating relaxing, memorable experiences. You’ll report to the F&B Manager.: Your day-to-day - Create a warm welcome for all guests and support the team in setting the tone for a great dining experience. - Assist waiters in serving food and beverages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. - Help prepare the outlet by setting up tables, restocking supplies, and keeping service areas organized. - Ensure food and beverage stations are well stocked throughout service. - Maintain cleanliness and order in all working areas, including the dining room and service stations. - Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to support smooth service flow. - Be ready to assist with ad-hoc tasks when needed, including supporting room service, bar, or terrace operations. - Work closely with restaurant and kitchen colleagues to ensure seamless service. - Attend to basic guest needs and communicate requests to the responsible waiter. 2+ years’ experi...
