Job DetailsJob Location: Lockport site - Lockport, NY 14094Position Type: Temporary, Part TimeSalary Range: $28.21 - $35.96 HourlyBuffalo Hearing & Speech Center is currently looking for a part time temporary Pediatric Occupational Therapist from now until June. This position will be located at our Lockport school working with Preschool special education students. This position will be scheduled to work 2-3 days a week. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing OT services to children of BHSC whose ability to function is impaired by congenital or developmental disability, physical illness or injury, through examinations, evaluations, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions for the highest functional outcomes. Essential Functions: Responsible for the evaluation of therapy needs. Participate in the creation of the treatment plan, revising as necessary. Perform occupational therapy procedures as ordered by physician or documented on IEP. Communicate with OT/PT Manager as appropriate to evaluate patient needs.
