Job Title: Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach/Assistant SID Reporting Relationship: Head Women’s Basketball Coach Unit: IWU-Marion: Department: Intercollegiate Athletics-IWU Marion: Campus Location: Recreation & Wellness Center, Marion, IN Summary of Position: The primary responsibilities are to assist, support, and encourage a successful intercollegiate women’s basketball program, representing coaches and student athletes, as well as assisting in the operational components of the Sports Information Department. Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement. - Assist the Head Coach to develop, manage, and successfully coach basketball, to include scheduling, recruiting, equipment management, reporting scores and statistics - Operate within budget parameters, without exception.
