Audubon is currently seeking a Project Manager, Senior to join our team in our Metairie, LA Office. The Project Manager, Senior will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of complex and/or large projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Acts as the primary interface between the project team and the client representative. The PM is the face of Audubon to the client. - Creates, executes and revises project execution plans as required to meet client requirements and project metrics. - Identifies resources needed and manages team responsibilities. - Manages day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects. - Ensures that all deliverables have been reviewed, approved and signed off prior to issue to the client. - Ensures the project team follows the Audubon standards and procedures. - Responsible for reviewing project transactions and reporting any discrepancies on a weekly basis. - Responsible for review and approval of invoices within a 48hr turnaround. - Responsible for maintaining the resource planning on assigned projects. - Manages the project budget...
