This role involves a broad spectrum of duties, from managing squash programs and coordinating events to developing marketing strategies and leading teams. Strong leadership, an in-depth understanding of sports management, and a commitment to promoting athletic integrity are essential qualities of this position. This role reports to Spence’s Chief Financial and Operating Officer.
