Description HVAC Foreman is responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners. The Foreman is responsible for supervising employees and maintaining a safe working environment compliant with government regulatory guidelines and RMC Safety systems. This position is onsite and requires out of state travel. Requirements: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (LIST IS NOT INCLUSIVE): - Ensure work site is compliant with OSHA regulations and RMC Safety protocols. - Ensure materials, installation and schedules are met. - Maintain consistent contact with General Contractors to be aware at all times of expected installation dates. - Request and coordinate HVAC material and equipment needs with purchasing department and/or project management. - Coordinate delivery of material and equipment to the job site general contractor and project manager. - Check options and equipment list to ensure material is correct. - Keep project status up to date to ensure timely delivery. - Lay out crews to install material on scheduled dates. - Attend and participate in GC meetings. - Conduct weekly inspectio...
