The Business Process Improvement (BPI) Analyst supports enterprise‑wide initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, user experience, financial performance, and organizational scalability. This role conducts detailed analysis of processes across business units, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports the redesign and optimization of workflows aligned with PSECU’s strategic priorities and regulatory expectations. The BPI Analyst serves as a critical partner to business stakeholders, providing analytical insights, process documentation, and structured problem‑solving to drive measurable outcomes.
