About the job: In this role, you will oversee and drive sales performance across designated countries within the Independent Retail, ensuring strong commercial results, operational excellence, and effective partnership management. You will provide strategic direction, coach District Managers, and maintain brand consistency while fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
