Americas Real Estate Portfolio & Capital Programs Manager Description -: Job Summary: We are seeking a high-impact Real Estate Portfolio & PMO to shape and drive the real estate portfolio strategy and capital programs across AMS. This individual contributor role is a key partner to the Regional CREWS leader, focusing on strategic planning, real estate deal execution, and the governance and delivery of capital investments to ensure HP’s workplace portfolio remains agile, cost-effective, and future-ready. The ideal candidate brings deep real estate market expertise, strong financial acumen, structured deal-making experience, and proven ability to oversee the execution of complex programs, with the credibility to influence and collaborate across a matrixed global environment.
