Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities. We currently have an opportunity for Trade Qualified Plumber join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, with multiple sites to support across the area. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and fault finding across shopping centres - Respond promptly to plumbing issues such as leaks, blocked drains, and hot water system faults, prioritising resident safety and comfort - Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise disruptions - Liaise professionally with residents, staff, and contractors while worki...
