The CSU is a 24-hour, 25-bed facility offering intensive behavioral health crisis intervention for up to five days, supported by a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, Therapists, Case Managers, Milieu Counselors, and Peer Support Specialists. As a CSU RN, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered clinical care to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises, using strong de-escalation skills, sound clinical judgment, and a trauma-informed approach. Candidates must hold an active RN license in good standing and current BLS certification.
