Project Manager - ( 26002841 ) Description The Transformation Office within UI Health Care has an opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team. As part of the Strategic Implementation Team, the role works independently, assuming primary responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating, and delivering project activities through the entire project life cycle (from initiation to hand off to customer) that are broad in scope. The Project Manager is responsible for achieving project objectives and completion on time, on budget, and to sustainably improve clinical operations. The PM works independently to lead one or multiple small to medium projects that have department or site-level strategic importance. Position Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support Health System performance improvement goals in collaboration with senior management owners and stakeholders from various departments; develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents; effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
