The Salesforce Delivery Director is a part‑time role responsible for leading client-facing Salesforce project delivery while advancing ERM’s overall Salesforce delivery capability. In client engagements, the role serves as a Project Manager—ensuring high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget execution of Salesforce implementations using Agile principles. Outside of billable work, this role focuses on strengthening ERM’s delivery methodology by developing standardized processes, reusable templates, and training programs that elevate the performance and consistency of the Salesforce delivery team. This position blends hands‑on project leadership with practice enablement, helping ERM scale its Salesforce Digital Services offering with predictable, repeatable, and high‑quality delivery. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Client Delivery (Billable): Lead Salesforce implementation projects in a Project Manager capacity, ensuring successful delivery aligned to client objectives, scope, and timeline.
