WHAT YOU'LL DO: Be a friendly and knowledgeable resource for each customer, answer their questions and recommend products. Connect with each client by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs. Share responsibility for managing the store with the manager. Operate the cash register and use the computer for business tasks and product research. Maintain the store clean, tidy and attractive by adhering to merchandising standards. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience. An experienced runner who loves the sport and the running community. Part-time Assistant Store Manager, 20-30 hours/week. Motivated to achieve good results through his enthusiasm for running, walking and fitness. Enjoy learning and be able to grasp new concepts and product knowledge quickly. Autonomous, able to complete tasks or activities with little supervision. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Available on weekdays and weekends!
