You’ll guide your team, oversee projects, and ensure every resident feels safe, comfortable, and proud of their home. What You’ll Do: - Lead, schedule, and mentor your maintenance team. - Manage preventive maintenance and complex repairs. - Ensure compliance with safety and property standards. - Oversee inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships. - Jump in with hands-on expertise when needed. What We’re Looking For: - EPO and EPA certified, required - Weekends and on call rotation, required - Proven maintenance background with leadership ability. - Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve. - Positive leadership style and team-first mindset.
