Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Power BI Developer to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL or Denver, CO ! This role emphasizes advanced modeling, visualization excellence, and performance optimization, enabling actionable insights across multiple business units. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, impactful dashboards and reports, leveraging best practices in BI development and data storytelling. How You Will Contribute: Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports. Develop and optimize data models (semantic models) using best practices for performance and governance. Create reusable DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs aligned with business definitions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into analytics solutions, and validate results.
