About the opportunity We are seeking a highly driven Business Team Associate to join our Strategy and Operations team. Here, you will have the unique opportunity to work at one of Europe’s most exciting Fintechs and contribute to our growth and expansion in a cross functional team. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Product initiatives through project management, external partner management and ensuring maximum performance of our different Lending products using data analysis and KPI tracking. You will have the unique opportunity to work on complex projects such as launching new product features while driving business strategy and operational change. - Do you have hands-on leadership experience with Banking Retail Lending projects? - Do you love solving complex problems using SQL for data analysis, creating business cases, as well as P&L, and KPI monitoring? - Do you enjoy complex project management and aligning with multiple stakeholders on complex Banking Lending products?
