Sensient is growing and expanding!! We are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator support our Colors Group business in St. Louis. You will work cooperatively with team members service existing customers. You will work in a team centric environment that provides opportunities for skill and career growth. What You’ll Do: - Be responsible for order administration, processing, follow-up, contract review, problem resolution, and customer requests for multiple business units. - Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, debits, credits or returns. Communicate with planners and shipping personnel to ensure on-time deliveries and advise customers of delays if needed. Review production and shipping schedules to determine impact on customers expected deliveries. - Perform a variety of customer transactions such as; order entry, processing, follow-up, and contract review. - Work with account managers, product managers, sales administrative staff as well as shipping, p...
