Job Description Digital Building Components, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for all aspects of our construction projects, from design phase to completion. We are looking for someone who understands the construction and fabrication process fully. The ideal candidate will be driven with strong leadership skills and the ability to work with other disciplines both internally and outside the organization. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: Supervisory Responsibilities - Supervise multiple personnel within the project team. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage projects through the design and coordination process: - Manage overall project budgets and schedules to delivery fabrication project in accordance with customers’ expectations. - Coordinate the architectural design, structural engineering, and modeling progress. - Coordinate scope and design with the general contractor and adjacent subcontractors during design phase. - Manage the preparation of permit documents for submission to proper parties. - Manage the overall process of achieving approval to fabricate from the general contractor/architect....
