Job Summary: We are hiring multiple Community Health Improvement Specialists who will each support one primary community in Chelsea, Revere, Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, Mission Hill, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, Lynn, or Salem. This role requires deep familiarity with the strengths, cultures, and needs of the communities served. Candidates with lived experience in or strong connections to these communities are encouraged to apply.
