The Marketing and Communications Officer supports the growth of the Center for Executive and Leadership Education by developing compelling creative assets and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and program enrollment. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with analytical awareness. The position requires someone who understands how campaigns perform, can interpret results, and suggest improvements—while partnering with leadership on broader strategic direction. Working closely with marketing leadership and program stakeholders, this role plays a key part in bringing campaigns to life, elevating the brand, and improving marketing effectiveness over time. Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, technical writing, digital media, or related field, with two years of experience in related positions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in executive education, professional development, or B2B marketing. Familiarity with lead generation and basic nurture campaign concepts.
