About Us LME Care Services is a registered NDIS provider specialising in Supported Independent Living (SIL). Based in Woolloongabba, we support participants across South East Queensland to live their best lives in the community. We're a growing, purpose-driven organisation and we're looking for a talented Finance Manager to grow with us. The Role: This is a hands-on, strategic finance role reporting directly to the CEO and Director. You'll own the numbers — from Xero and payroll through to financial modelling and director-level reporting — while playing a genuine advisory role in the growth of the business. You'll also supervise an Accounts Payable Officer. What You'll Do: - Manage all financial accounting in Xero — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, BAS/GST, payroll (STP Phase 2) - Produce monthly management reports and financial commentary for the CEO and Director - Build and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and business growth models - Monitor NDIS plan budgets and ensure compliance with NDIS pricing arrangements (PAPL) - Support NDIS registration audits and Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements - Model staffing costs against SCHADS Award and NDIS price limits - Supervi...
