Job description

Role Overview As Security & Compliance Manager for Spain, you are responsible for ensuring that Destinus facilities, personnel, technologies, and operations operate within a secure and compliant environment in the regulated defense sector. You will oversee physical security, security operations, regulatory compliance, and security awareness across Spanish facilities while working closely with the global Security, IT, and Compliance teams. Operating in the defense sector requires strict adherence to national security regulations, classified information protection requirements, and international security frameworks. In this role, you ensure that security controls are effective, regulatory obligations are met, and employees understand their responsibilities through training, awareness programs, and the development of a strong organizational security culture.
