Job description

As a Business Management Associate in Consumer Banking Germany, you will help run the business by driving governance, performance monitoring, and cost discipline while translating strategy into actionable plans. You’ll work closely with leadership and partners across finance, risk, legal, compliance, controls, technology, and data to coordinate decisions and execution. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, build high-quality reporting and narratives, and help the team focus on outcomes that matter.
