Company: Highmark Health Job Description: JOB SUMMARY This role is responsible for leading and contributing to key strategic initiatives across the organization. The incumbent will leverage a diverse skill set encompassing product management, complex problem-solving, data analytics, process improvement, and communication to drive the successful execution of strategic goals. This position plays a central role in shaping and implementing strategy, often managing multiple portfolios and gaining exposure to various organizational functions. A key focus will be supporting the Product & Health Experience portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery of initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic background, with product and/or consulting experience being highly valued. This role will be hybrid in Pittsburgh if you live within 50 miles of an office, but can be remote in other locations.
