POSITION SUMMARY: The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for cleaning assigned areas as requested and assigned. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision. - Cleans and maintains assigned areas including public areas and resident rooms. - Cleans restrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures in apartments and common areas. - Vacuums carpeted areas and mops tile floors. - Spot cleans walls and windows. - Dust’s furniture and empties trashcans. - Cleans baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents. - Assists with activity room set-ups, which could require movement of furniture. - Attends training courses at community and maintains up to date monthly, quarterly, annual training through designated Learning Management System (LMS). - Attend all required all staff meetings. - Other duties as assigned, and which relate to the success of the communit...
