North America Sales Director, Brazing

Job description

Under the guidance of the VP Commercial, Automotive and Brazing, the incumbent develops the North American sales strategy for the $ 250M revenue Brazing business in alignment with the RP North America business unit strategy. The incumbent cultivates a high-performance selling organization with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness to optimize value added customer engagement. Major Activities: - Recommend sales and service strategy for the NA Aluminum Brazing Sheet market delivering on profitable growth and cash optimization objectives. - Deploy and execute on the approved sales strategies for NA by directing the efforts of the Account Managers in the pursuit of profitable growth. - Monitor and report on achievements and forecasts. Regularly evaluate and adjust based on market dynamics and capacity fluctuations. - Develop customer intimacy with key and strategic customers leading to maximized conversion revenue and profit margin for both transactional and contractual business.
