An exciting opportunity to join the Indirect Tax Team of ADI Global Distribution (global eading wholesale distributor of security and low-voltage products). The successful candidate will be a key person within the VAT team reporting to the Head of Indirect Tax. As part of the team your main focus will be the preparation of monthly Intrastat declarations for multiple businesses throughout Europe, additionally later in the month the role will focus on day-to-day compliance including VAT returns, liaising with external advisors and Tax Authorities where applicable. You will gain exposure to various VAT issues and related matters in the UK and in the EU. JOB DUTIES: - Prepare and file monthly Intrastat declarations for all ADI companies within the EU - Work with Procurement and other teams to ensure all data fields required for Intrastat reporting are available in SAP - Prepare and analyze reports to support team members in the month end process - Assist with updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documentation - Assist the business with Tax authority queries and audits - Assist the business with ad hoc requests and internal audits - Prepare VAT Returns, EC Sales Lists,...
