Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions to support our client in a major digital and organizational transformation. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will contribute to a large-scale modernization effort that aims to enhance operational efficiency and better meet the needs of citizens and field services. About the Transformation Context: The client is engaged in a far-reaching digital and organizational transformation to modernize processes, strengthen operational effectiveness, and better respond to citizen and field service expectations. This transformation is led by a Digital Transformation Office (DTO), a strategic engine under a Digital Transformation Officer. The DTO defines the digital strategy, manages the transformation office, and ensures alignment of initiatives with the broader organizational strategy. Its action is based on three complementary pillars: IT, innovation, and intelligence (Data).
