This role requires a highly motivated, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of both performance and team development. The Operations Manager provides overall direction and oversight in the areas of performance, safety, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and associate development across multiple sites.
