Job Description Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Treasury, the General Ledger & Payroll Accountant will assist with the firm’s payroll, the monthly 401(k) firm-match, monthly incentive accruals, and annual W-2 filings. They also support monthly general ledger close, which includes preparing reconciliations of key accounts and reviewing general ledger accounting data and assisting with cost center manager meetings. They also play a key role in various special projects working closely with Siegfried Business Systems to drive accuracy and efficiency throughout our financial operations and reporting. This role works closely and collaborates with the Senior GL & Payroll Accountant, Controller, Financial Operations, National Professional Resource Operations (NPRO), Human Resources (HR) and key functional leaders and teams. We are looking for an energized, self-starter with critical thinking who can help drive our monthly close process and strengthen key controls.
