Axos Bank Target Range: $70,304.00/Yr. - $90,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job: The Sr. Commercial Lending (CL) Transaction Specialist provides strategic and operational leadership for the entire loan processing team. This role oversees daily operations, sets performance standards, and ensures that all transactions are executed efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and federal regulations. The CL Transaction Specialist collaborates with senior leadership to implement process improvements, resolves escalated issues, manages staffing and scheduling, and drives overall team performance and development.
