Job description

Primary Responsibilities: - Support the fabrication and assembly of fiberglass tanks, sumps, and related products. - Operate cutting, grinding, and layup tools to prepare and assemble composite materials. - Assist in performing secondary bonding procedures and part installations. - Follow instructions from operators and supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely. - Maintain accurate labeling, layout, and marking of parts and completed products. - Ensure safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance within the plant. - Promote a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork on the production floor. Job Duties: - Cut fiberglass materials to size using hand tools, templates, and slitting or saw equipment. - Operate a variety of tools and material handling equipment including grinders (4", 7", wet), saws, hoists, air movers, and jacks. - Perform grinding, smoothing, patching, and installation tasks for seams, nozzles, manways, and other components. - Mix resin and catalysts accurately for proper curing; wet out and roll materials during layup. - Support layout and fitting of shells and parts per drawings and specifications. - Conduct measurements, visual inspections, and...
