Position Summary: The Senior Director of Pharmacy Business Operations will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the pharmacy business operations, including the 340B program, medication procurement, and revenue cycle management. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, optimizes program performance, and enhances financial impact. Education, License & Cert: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Pharmacy, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy business operations, including 340B program management.
