Job Description: A day in your future job: - Process periodic reviews; carry out press and adverse news research; prepare a full review sheet; - Analyse account opening files; carry out press and adverse news research; prepare a Compliance analysis sheet; - Participate in Management Committees for account openings and periodic reviews; - Analyses ‘prospect’ files transmitted by the MROs and which present risk criteria in accordance with our internal guidelines; - Processes ‘name screening’ alerts; - Analyses and processes ‘market abuse’ type transactional alerts; - Analyses the opening of new ‘business introducer’ and ‘independent asset manager’ relationships; - Carries out the annual review of the ‘business introducer’ and ‘independent asset manager’ relationships; - Carry out monthly controls on various subjects (o...
