Overview The Keller Center for Innovation in Engineering Education seeks an energetic, detail‑oriented, and motivated professional to manage its undergraduate academic program. This position oversees all administrative and operational aspects of undergraduate student academic matters, including curriculum planning, student advising, program communications, and coordination of academic events. The undergraduate administrator ensures the program operates smoothly and delivers exceptional service to students, faculty, and campus partners. The role works closely with the Director and Executive Director of the Keller Center, residential college deans and directors, departmental faculty, and undergraduate students, and maintains regular contact with key University offices such as the Office of the Dean of the College, Office of the Dean of the Faculty, and the Registrar’s Office. The position reports to the Manager of Finance and Administration and collaborates closely with the faculty director on academic initiatives.
