About the Role We are seeking a Manager, Asset Management to oversee a national portfolio of multi-residential properties. This role is responsible for driving asset-level performance, executing business plans, and supporting capital allocation decisions across a portfolio of approximately 12,000 – 13,000 units. This is an opportunity for a high-performing real estate professional with 5-7 years of experience to take on direct asset-level accountability within an institutional investment platform. The success candidate will play a key role in maximizing portfolio value through disciplined analysis, strategic execution, and close collaboration with operations and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Asset Performance & Financial Management: - Monitor and drive asset performance against budget and underwriting targets. - Partner with Finance on annual budgeting and ongoing reforecasting process. - Perform detailed variance analysis across revenue, expenses, and NOI. - Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies.
